Resumo: Marcelo Moscheta is a traveler-artist. This paper aims to understand the creative process of the artist by crossing the concept of heterotopia (Foucault, 1980) and “awareness walking” (Jacks, 2012), a term that indicates an operative mode of apprehension of the urban landscape, used here on the distant and different places by which the artist juxtaposes the everyday place
