Maria Leite: Teacher of Physics and Chemistry at the Grouping of Schools Raul Proença - Caldas da Rainha. She teaches Physics and Chemistry since 2000. Her first degree was in Engineering Ceramics and Glass, by the University of Aveiro in 1998 and her second degree is in Physics and Chemistry (Teaching), by the University of the Azores in 2005. She completed a Master's Degree in “Conservation Sciences, Restoration and Production of Contemporary Art” by the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon in 2020. She participated in September 2018 at the II Colloquium on Heritage Conservation Investigations and I published an article (with her teachers) in Ge-Conservation, "Study on the synthetic polymer support used by the contemporary portuguese painter Daniel Vasconcelos Melim" and in May 2019 at the Plastics Heritage Congress. Her areas of interest are the study of the behavior and physical-chemical properties of materials (ceramics, plastics, glass) over time.
