Fernando Fadigas (Oeiras 1968) is a multimedia artist. PhD candidate at FBAUL where also completed a Master’s degree. Researcher and teacher of Sound Art. Studied Sound, Photography, Visual Arts at FCSH, Maumaus, ArCo, SNBA. Cofounded the label Variz focusing on experimental music. Member of POGO Teatro since 1999. Individually or collectively his works have been presented in venues such as ZDB, Zaratan, PlataformaRevólver, Monumental, Quadrum, ArquivoFotográfico, BienalCerveira, CasaMúsica, CCB, Culturgest, CAMGulbenkian, MNAC, MUHNAC, Menagerie (Belfast), Blackbird (Dublin), Beaux-Arts (Paris), CasaEncendida (Madrid), GalaxyArt, Taachi (Japan), BibliotekPankow (Berlin), CCultural (S.Paulo), among others.
